So, funny story: Do you know what happens when two men in suits decide to invade your job? The job that you worked hard at, even though you technically didn't have to, because, you know, you're Iron Man? The job that people didn't shun you at, because of who you were? Even if, on occasion, you did get asked for an autograph, or stalked by kids with Iron Man helmetesque masks. Do you know what happens? They try to haul you out by your arms and sit you down in the back of a white, hoity toity government van. Then you put up a fight and wind up with bruised knuckles and handcuffs and the next thing you know, they're sitting you down trying to ask you calmly if you're in possession of Tony Stark's weaponry.
Let me explain what I explained to them: There is no difference. I am Tony Stark. Tony Stark is me. Iron Man? Same person. What's his is mine. What's mine is his. We've worked together, we've built together, and he's there when I'm in the shower. Trust me, we're past that point. If you think for one second that I am going to turn that over to the government, especially after you've mistreated me in such a way, you've got another thing coming, cupcake. If what they want is Iron Man, they'll have him, and it won't be pretty.
Stark Industries. Be on the lookout. It's happening.
